electriclime° collaborated with Acer to create and produce a concept cinema and film for the laptop company’s Swift Edge launch.
Shot in three stunning locations in and around Sydney, the film helped highlight the main features of the laptop in an uplifting and inspiring piece.
Director Pabz Alexander has once again teamed up with cinematographer Tom Black, the piece following a trio of young professionals and individuals who seek the perfect work-life balance and show the ability to connect since at home or on the go.
Using a combination of drone shots and underwater cameras, the viewer is engaged throughout and taken on a journey through the eyes of the protagonists.
Meanwhile, the laptop remained center stage with atmospheric product photos to show off the features that will resonate in key markets around the world.
This included highlighting the Acer Swift Edge supporting the work demands of professionals on the go, combining performance and durability in a lightweight 16-inch laptop.
Meanwhile, it’s a secure-core PC powered by AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 series processors and delivers sublime visuals on a 4K OLED display.
Said Dora Claire David, Senior Producer, electriclime°: “It was an exciting challenge and an opportunity to build the concept for the awesome new Acer product.
“When we get the chance to use stunning locations, it really helps bring a film to life and it worked perfectly with the ideas implemented.
“Working with Acer and showcasing their new product was a great experience and building the concept from scratch really showed electriclime’s skills from pre-production to delivery.”
